Refund Policy for Our Services
We, iFrameWeb Solutions, understand the importance of client satisfaction and aim to deliver the best possible services. Our refund policy is based on the milestones we set for each project, and we make sure to communicate the milestones and their completion status with our clients.
In the event that a milestone is not completed, we are willing to provide a refund for the amount corresponding to that particular milestone. However, we would appreciate the opportunity to address and resolve any issues that may have caused the milestone to go uncompleted.
As a digital marketing agency, iFrameWeb Solutions provides purely digital services, and therefore it is not possible to return our services or products once they have been provided. The amount allocated for any completed milestone(s) will not be eligible for a refund.
However, we understand that customer satisfaction is of utmost importance, and we are always ready to resolve any disputes and provide modifications to meet the requirements of our clients
Refund Policy for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot issue a refund once the files have been downloaded. However, we will consider granting a refund that meets certain internal criteria (e.g. duplicate order) and will grant refunds at our reasonable discretion.
Nothing here grants an obligation by iFrameWeb Solutions (or iFrameWeb Marketplace) to issue a refund. However, we will do everything possible to ensure that you are happy with your purchase!
Please note that your satisfaction is our goal. These contents are our humble works of art. We stand behind our products and our customers! We want you to be satisfied with the outcome so we will make a reasonable effort to ensure that you are happy with your purchase! If for any reason the outcome is not what you expected, please reach out so we can help resolve the issue.
Please also note that our digital services and products are non-refundable by default. In rare cases where a refund is necessary, the customer will be responsible for the payment gateway fee associated with the transaction. The payment gateway fee for domestic (Indian) transactions is 2%, while for international payments, it ranges from 5-10%. We will initiate the refund from our end and you will get refunds in 5-7 days in your bank account. We value transparency and aim to provide the best possible service to our customers.
